We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. You can overnight a check to us, but it must be received within 2 days of booking or the reservation may be cancelled.

The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for all reservations.

Cancellations received prior to the final payment will receive a refund of monies less a $100 cancellation fee. This includes canceling any nights from the original reservation. Cancellations after the final payment has been received will be completely non-refundable.

All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $40 processing fee.

At the time of booking all reservations are subject to a 'usage fee' that is applied to the cost to clean the property after your departure. This charge may vary depending on length of stay and size of property.

Check-in Time is 4:00 pm
Check-out Time is 10:00 am

Guests MUST be checked out and all keys must be returned by 10:00 am on the scheduled departure date in order to avoid late fees being assessed. For all late check-outs not previously cleared by the office staff, a $150 fee will be charged to the guest.

Keys & maps are available to be picked up at our office at 107 Elk Ave. in Crested Butte. We do not leave homes unlocked. Any lost keys are assessed a $50 fee per key lost.

All properties are non-smoking.

Pets are allowed at some properties. We do require a signed pet agreement prior to arrival and charge $25 per pet, per night, in addition to the nightly rate. We must know about any pets traveling with you at the time of the reservation.
