Academy Place in Crested Butte is a truly unique lodging option for any type of large event. Academy Place itself can house up to 89 guests in a full-property buyout, which we call the Whole Enchilada! Academy Place consists of 6 townhomes (including a penthouse!) and 6 cottages, all surrounding a gorgeous courtyard. With larger property buyouts, Academy Place can also accommodate reservations of the courtyard, large event space on the other side of the townhomes, or even the admin building for events such as welcome dinners.
Staying at Academy Place as a group allows each person to be steps away from everywhere else, while also enabling privacy with separate units. Each unit is fully equipped with a luxurious kitchen, dining space, living area, washer/dryer, and at least three bedrooms.
Crested Butte Property Management can assist you in all aspects of your gathering. We have local partners for everything from private chefs to babysitters, and are happy to help in any way that we can.
