On-Site Reception
One of our team members will be on-site to answer all of your questions and help you make the most of your Crested Butte vacation.
Private Conference Studio
Our on-site, cozy and sunlit conference studio can accommodate small meetings. If you need a larger space, we can arrange for space at the Center for the Arts, a short walk across the street.
Dining Options / Groceries / Personal Chef
Whether you choose to dine out, cook in or have someone else do the cooking, we’ve got you covered. We’ll happily stock your rental property with groceries so it’s ready for you to make good use of the well stocked chef’s kitchen. If you prefer to dine in one of Crested Butte’s fabulous restaurants (most of which you can walk to!), we’ll tell you our favorites depending on what you’re in the mood for and we’d be happy to make reservations for you. We also have some great recommendations for Private Chefs that can either cook for your group and deliver delicious, homemade prepared food or create a dining experience without you having to leave the comfort of your home away from home!
Ski Gear Rental
Let us take the hassle out of renting any of the equipment you’ll need. We’ll arrange for gear fittings at your house so your entire group can be ready to hit the slopes or nordic trails with ease – no waiting in line!
Ski, Snowboard & Nordic Ski Lessons – Child & Adult
Whether you’re brand new to skiing or want to take your skills to the next level we can arrange for you to get the attention you need. Let us arrange the perfect instructor match for all the members of your group.
Airport Shuttles
We can arrange for your group to be picked up from Gunnison or Montrose Airports.
Massage & Spa Services
It wouldn’t be a vacation without a relaxing massage, facial, IV Hydration or even botox! We realize you may prefer to have a recommendation for these services, so we’re happy to help.
Special Occasions
Allow us to make your special occasion extra special. We will order cakes, fresh flowers, or catered meals for your special occasion and have them delivered directly to your rental property.
