Deposit Requirements & Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. If the booking originates within the 120-day mark, payment in full is due at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, and e-checks. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all reservations regardless of payment method. The card will be securely stored in an encrypted system and used only for incidents or damage, if necessary.
Based on your Fee Schedule: Cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to your arrival to receive a refund. No refunds will be made on cancellations received less than 120 days prior to arrival, regardless of when the reservation was made. There will be a $500 fee for all cancellations, including changing dates or dropping nights from your original reservation.
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable service fee equal to 5.0% of the total booking cost.
Travel Insurance and Accidental Damage Protection
Guest acknowledges that travel to Crested Butte, Colorado may be challenging due to its remote, rural and high-altitude mountainous location. Accordingly, Guest understands, agrees and assumes full risk
and responsibility related to travel to Crested Butte, and further acknowledges that a refund will not be given for travel-related delays and cancellations. The Company does not assume any responsibility for any
weather or travel-related delay or cancellation. Generali Global Assistance Travel Insurance has been made available with your reservation for an extra fee and is recommended. Full details of the policy and coverage are available at https://www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=GR330.
Company does not make any warranties, promises or representations with respect to coverage, limits and so forth. If the Guest declines to purchase such insurance coverage, the Guest understands and agrees to
the cancellation policy as it relates to travel and weather-related delays and cancellations.
Accidental Damage Protection Plan insurance is provided by Generali Global Assistance/CSA. This is provided by Generali Global Assistance/CSA and is designed to cover unintentional damage to the interior of the Property the Guest is renting. The maximum benefit of the policy is $5000.00. The Guest is responsible for any damages exceeding the amount paid by the policy. Coverage under the policy is subject to certain terms and conditions. By submitting payment for this insurance policy, the Guest hereby authorizes any amount payable under the policy to be paid directly to the Company.
Pet Policy
Canines are allowed at most of our vacation homes. While some properties are limited to only one pooch, our other pet-friendly homes are never to exceed two pooches. We require a signed pet agreement before arrival and charge $50.00 per pet per night (maximum of $500.00/per pet). We must know about any pets traveling with you at the time of the reservation.
Check In/Out Times & Procedures
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved prior to the reservation date and are not guaranteed.
Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am
Occupancy & Events
The rental guarantor must be a responsible adult over the age of 25. Guarantor acknowledges that they will personally occupy the property for the entire lease period and will not sublet any portion of the property. Weddings and other celebratory events of any kind, regardless of the number of occupancies, must be approved. If you misrepresent your group or arrive with more than the maximum occupancy as booked and confirmed, we reserve the right to prohibit the use of the property without a refund or to charge for additional guests; the decision will be at our discretion.
Other Information
You will be charged $50 per key or garage door opener not accounted for upon your departure.
TAXES: Lodging taxes for the Town of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte are subject to change in accordance with local tax regulations.
All properties are non-smoking.
Rates may be higher during Events and Festivals.
