This slopeside vacation rental is steps away from all the base area's chair lifts, ski school, and your choice of ski rental shops for winter activities. In summer, enjoy free concerts right from the balcony, mountain biking, hiking, garden tours, and beautiful Colorado wildflowers and rainbows. It is conveniently located near the town shuttle and several restaurants, shops, and cafes. The deck is like no other as it faces Mt. Crested Butte and holds an eight-person hot tub, a BBQ grill, and a heated ski closet with eight boot warmers. Watch your family ski the slopes from the deck or inside from the enormous living room windows that span the entire room and soar from floor to ceiling.

Upon entry, the open floor plan welcomes you with an atmosphere specifically designed and decorated for comfort and luxury. A custom burled walnut inlay table for twelve sits in front of the windows that span into the living room, where large sofas and chairs, a 3 mantle gas fireplace, a flatscreen television, and a wet bar with its own fridge and ice maker await for relaxation and entertainment. The gourmet kitchen with leathered granite counter tops, freezer space cleverly disguised as drawers, and duel ovens overlook the entire floor with its reclaimed structural trusses and amazing view. An additional breakfast bar has seating for six people.

Also on this first floor are two master king bedrooms - one Sleep Number p5 mattress - each with its own flatscreen television, a double vanity bathroom with state of the art steam shower, towel warmers, and sitting area in front of a balcony. The soundproof walls allow you to retire without concern for late-night television noise.

The young adults own the second floor, as it was designed just for them! They have their own TV room with a flatscreen and sectional sofa. This suite has two bedrooms; one has four beds, a trundle, and a bathroom with a tub, while the other has three beds with a shower, each has its own sitting area.

The third floor has two bedrooms. A king and queen have their own bathrooms with showers and sitting areas. Every floor and bedroom of this home is uniquely decorated with warmth and style.

This luxurious remodel, with its unbeatable location, luxurious space, and amenities makes it the only one of its kind on Mt. Crested Butte!

You will be charged $200 per pass not left in the unit upon departure. If you have more than three vehicles, you MAY be able to purchase parking via Mountaineer Square or another neighboring hotel. This option is not guaranteed, as it is based on availability. Some spots are located in a heated, covered garage, others may be outside in a dirt parking lot. Both options are within easy walking distance to Casey's Slopeside. Pricing starts at $20 per night per parking spot.

Awesome Condo in Amazing Location!

"We had a fantastic stay at Casey's Slopeside in March 2024. We are 4 extended families with 5 kids under 5. The 6 bedrooms worked out great especially with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. Best part was that ski school was right outside the front door! So convenient to drop and pick up kids from school. Lifts are also right outside front door. Could not be more convenient in all respects. Brad and the whole team from Crested Butte Property Management were super responsive, helpful and accommodating. Wonderful stay!

Amazing Property!! Footsteps from the slopes

"Casey's Slopeside was such an amazing place to stay and you couldn't beat the location. Traveling with (5) children made it super easy to step out our front door and be at Ski School. The condo is such an amazing place stay and well laid out. Very Clean, Comfortable and Accommodating. We would like to thank Cat at CB Property Management. She was excellent! When we arrived all of our groceries were stocked in the condo, valet ski service came right to our doors to fit our kids in skis and best of all Cat was available the duration of our trip. I can't say enough about CB Property Management. We are already in the process of booking our 2025 trip! 1st Class Service.

"The location was great! Lovely decor and setup. There were 15 family members that stayed at the condo. The condo was perfect, nice, clean and comfortable. Very welcoming atmosphere. It was well stocked with kitchen items. The customer service was excellent and our needs were immediately taken care of.

Our family went hiking, rafting, fly fishing, restaurants, shopping and activities for the kids (bungy/trampoline activity, panning, rock wall climbing, games etc.) were conveniently located.

The only problem we had was the internet connection which was not good at all.

I would most definitely recommend Casey's Slopeside as the place to stay.

"The home is very nice and has obviously been remodeled. The design of this home was very well thought out... from the double dishwashers to the towel warmers. The property manager was very accommodating and communicative. She made herself available at all times to answer questions. The location of the property could not be better. We had the best time watching the skiers while in the hot tub. The home is very spacious and is ideal for multiple families. We are already thinking about when we can return! Thank you for a great stay!

"The inside of the property is wonderful. The view from the main living space is wonderful ( mountains and ski lifts). Service was attentive.
The outside of the rental property is not very desirable and the many stairs making it challenging to carry your luggage to the property.

"We had the pleasure of staying at Casey's Slopeside, and wouldn't change a thing. The property is well kept, laid out incredibly, and top notch amenities. It was the perfect location for access to four lifts, easy for the adults and kids to get to. And a super short walking distance to the mountain restaurants, shops, and bus transit.

"Casey's Slopeside is a terrific find. Located right at the base of the mountain, above the ski school, it provides incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte. You can literally sit in the living room and watch your friends/family ski in and out! The house is well kept and provides everything you need. Get your groceries delivered, it's worth it!

Perfect Place and Location!

"We stayed here with friends and family for a wedding in town. The place was clean and perfect for hosting 12 people. The location on the mountain is close to the bus stops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The property manager called us before check-in to let us know the place was ready and directions to help find it. They were also quick to answer a question we had via text. We were extremely pleased!

"This condo is gorgeous and located just a few steps from the Silver Queen chairlift. We visited in late August and had three families with kids ages 3 - 12, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group (two dishwashers, two sinks) and made meals for a big group east to orchestrate. Everything about the place was positive and we would highly recommend it for big groups!

"This gorgeous condo has plenty of space for large families and sits literally at the base of the ski lifts. We enjoyed the views and the hot tub just outside the door. Don't be dismayed by the older exterior, the inside has been completely upgraded to the highest quality.

"Confused when we arrived as it didn’t appear to be a house/condo unit - thankful for great directions from the property manager. BUT… once we found our way inside it was FABULOUS. Couldn’t have been a better location for resort access - biking and skiing literally out the front door. Great layout. Served 4 different adult family units for a low key wedding in CB Gardens. Everyone had their own bedroom/bath. Kitchen and main living space accommodated everyone comfortably - even had space to serve full dinner for 13 adults (including our local family). 100% recommend.

This condo is outrageously high class!

"This condo is outrageously high class! Everything in this condo is 1st class and amazing. We had 5 adults and 5 little kids, and had more than enough room. The showers in the 2 master suites were the best showers I have ever been in. The 2nd floor was perfect for the kids, they thought they had their own house! The ski school and silver queen lift is just right outside your window, cant get any easier. The hot tub is a 1st class hot tub, not a cheap version, big time hot tub!! Beds are so comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows. The only negative, and believe me it is a small negative, it that the living room furniture isnt that comfortable or near big enough for a condo of this size. Wish the chair were recliners and the the sofa's were oversized leather, but really no biggie. Great condo, 5 star experience!! Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
