Wildflower Festival

The Crested Butte Wildflower Festival is an annual 10-day celebration that takes place each July. July 4th Fireworks

Experience the Biggest Small Town Celebration Around in Crested Butte during the 4th of July festivities. Visitors from all around flock to Crested Butte to take part in the eclectic parade and town water fight. With around 40 floats in the parade showcasing businesses, families, and classic cars, this event truly captures the essence of a small-town celebration. Following the parade, head to the Big Mine Arena for the annual water fight, where squirt guns, water balloons, and fire hoses fuel the water-filled celebration. Free Outdoor Concerts

For music enthusiasts, the Center for the Arts presents Alpenglow, a longstanding tradition spanning over 30 years. Enjoy free outdoor concerts every Monday evening at 5:30 pm from mid-June through mid-August at Crested Butte Town Park next to the Center for the Arts.
